Digital Studio Mini Portfolio
  • 1D: understands properties of two- and three-dimensional space and of the fourth dimension, time. 2D: collaborates with other arts specialists in developing inter-related artworks.

  • Description: These are all projects that I created during Art 212. These projects exhibit the different topics that I learned regarding digital art.

  • Rationale: They include the digital art skills that I learned which include: Adobe Photoshop/pixlr, Adobe Illustrator, stop motion animation, and glitch art.

Description: This lesson is for an early high school (9-10th grade) introduction to art/general art or digital media class. The students will create a collage using Pixlr which will be about the emotions and things they think about when they think of their hair.

Rationale: Students will learn the tools used in Photoshop and Pixlr, the difference between JPEG and PNG images, what collage is and the difference between collage and assemblage, and digital artists who use collage.
